We can help you!

At Casas Law, P.A. We understand that enduring a catastrophic injury or grieving the loss of a loved one following a fatal accident can be emotionally and physically overwhelming. This process is even more difficult when insurance companies deny benefits or refuse to provide fair compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, and other related costs. We are advocates for our injured clients and stand by our promise to provide our clients with the time and attention they deserve. We work tirelessly to protect our clients’ rights and guide them through the legal process to obtain the justice that they deserve. Regardless of the complexity of your situation, Casas Law, P.A. can help you seek justice and hold the negligent party responsible for their reckless actions. As a compassionate personal injury law firm, we understand that you will need all the compensation you can get to cover the damages caused by a serious accident, including injuries, medical expenses, lost wages and possibly the loss of enjoyment of life. Our team takes on the burden of obtaining compensation, communicating with insurance companies and conducting thorough investigations to develop the right legal strategies to fight for you. With decades of experience on our side and a record of accomplishments that includes many substantial verdicts and settlements, we will fight to obtain the compensation you deserve.

  • Alejandro G. Casas, Esq.

When Alex opened Casas Law in 2018, his wife, Susie, was the natural choice to keep the new firm’s books.  After 9 months of maintaining their accounting records in addition to her full-time position at a Wellington CPA firm, Susie officially joined Casas Law in 2019 as its Controller, handling all financial aspects of the practice.  Susie’s professional experience began in the Miami office of Price Waterhouse in 1990, following her graduation from Florida State University with a BS in Accounting.  She was licensed as a Florida Certified Public Accountant in 1992 and has worked in both public and private accounting during her 30+ year career.  A third generation native Floridian, Susie enjoys spending time with their daughters and pets, as well as planning the family’s next vacation (usually to a cooler climate!).
